Resident and Business or Institution Audiences suggested outreach efforts for Water Quality Limited Waters (Impaired for Phosphorus and Nit) and TMDL Requirements (Bacteria and Phosphorus) - 3 messages per year.
Developer and Industrial Audience suggested New Hampshire outreach efforts - 2 messages per audience per permit term (5 years).
Resident and Business and Institution Audience suggested New Hampshire outreach efforts – with no impairments or TMDLs or miscellaneous overarching campaigns - 2 messages per audience per permit term (5 years).
